Randall C. Flager is the founding member and managing partner of Flager & Yockey, P.C., a law firm located in Trevose, New Hope and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the State of New Jersey. He has more than 25 years of legal experience and has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for five straight years. This is a designation given to outstanding attorneys who have been nominated by their peers, reviewed by a blue ribbon panel and evaluated by an attorney-led research staff.

Randy attended Wilkes University and graduated from Rider College with honors receiving the Outstanding Industrial Relations Student Award.

Randy received his law degree from Seton Hall University in 1982. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is similarly admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.

Randy is an active member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and a member of the State Board of Governors. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice and New Jersey Association for Justice. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Bucks County.

Prior to practicing law, Randall was assistant to the executive director for a New Jersey public employees’ union, after which he was an Industrial Relations Manager for a Fortune 500 company. He was also elected Auditor of Middletown Township and received an appointment to the faculty of Mercer County Community College, where he taught business law.

Randall concentrates his legal practice in the areas of personal injury law, and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. This organization restricts its membership to attorneys who have achieved million-dollar-plus verdicts or settlements.

Randy is the proud father of three children and grandfather of two. His son and daughter-in-law are expecting his third grandchild in March 2011. He lives in New Hope, Pa. with his youngest children and 9 year old Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier named Suzy.

J. Davy Yockey is a partner and the senior litigator for Flager & Yockey, P.C., a law firm located in Trevose, Pennsylvania. He has over 30 years of legal experience and has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for 5 straight years. This is a designation given to outstanding attorneys who have been nominated by their peers, reviewed by a blue ribbon panel and evaluated by an attorney let research staff.

Davy was raised in Monrovia, Liberia (West Africa) and Toronto, Canada. He returned to the United States to attend college. He graduated cum laude from Grove City College. His Doctorate in Law is from Temple University. Years later he returned to Temple Law to recieve his Master's in law with highest honors in Trial Advocacy.

Davy is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is similarly admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Claims Court, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court of New Jersey. Davy is an active member in the American, Penssylvania and New Jersey Associations for Justice. He is a member of the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties.

Last, but surely not least, Davy is married to Josephine and together they are raising three children in Montgomery County. Their Wheaten terrier is named Boo.

Edward J. Zanine, Esq.

Edward J. Zanine, an associate attorney, joined Flager & Yockey, P.C. in July 2007. He is responsible for litigating personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability matters throughout the eastern portion of Pennsylvania as well as throughout New Jersey. Mr. Zanine also assists Randall C. Flager in handling land development matters for the Township of Falls, Bucks County, and as Solicitor for the Township of Falls Authority (TOFA) which provides water and sewer services in Falls Township and surrounding communities in lower Bucks County.

He is a member of the Bar in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. In addition, he is admitted to practice in the United States District for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for New Jersey.

After graduating Temple University in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Mr. Zanine obtained his paralegal certification and went to work as a paralegal for a solo personal injury attorney and later, a small firm in Center City, Philadelphia. While continuing to work full time, Mr. Zanine entered the evening division of the Temple University School of Law, obtaining his juris doctorate in 1999. In law school, Mr. Zanine was a staff editor on the Environmental and Technology Law Journal.

Along with his wife, three children and dog, Mr. Zanine resides in Willow Grove, Montgomery County, where he and his wife are active in their local community.

Sherry Brooks

Sherry Brooks was raised in Northeast Philadelphia after living in South Philadelphia. She recently moved to Bucks County. She is a graduate of Northeast High School. She and her husband have two children. One is a psychotherapist. The other is an attorney. She is also the proud grandmother of two gorgeous grandsons, not to mention an amazing yellow lab named Maggie.

Sherry began her career as a legal secretary for a center city law firm and worked there for 18 years. Then 26 years ago, she began working as a paralegal for Randall C. Flager. She was the firm’s first paralegal and blazed the way for the four paralegals now employed full time by the firm.

Sherry presently supervises the other paralegals and is the office administrator dealing with the overall management and running of the firm on a daily basis. She has more than 40 years experience in the legal profession. Sherry also devotes much of her time to coordinating seminars on various legal topics for civic, religious and school groups.

Donna Pecillo was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia and graduated from Lincoln High School. After high school, she earned an associate’s degree from Community College of Philadelphia. In addition, she has taken several law courses at Temple University and attended many related seminars.

She and her husband, Steven, have one daughter, Stephanie. Donna has two beautiful grandchildren, Madison, age 9 and Jordan, age 7.

Donna has worked at Flager & Yockey for 13 years as a paralegal. During the first three months of her employment, she and her husband suffered severe injuries. Donna was in a coma and sustained eight broken ribs. This office stood by her side until she was completely recovered, a year and a half later. Donna said, "It is this compassion that they show not only to their employees but to all of their clients."

Prior to working for Flager & Yockey, Donna worked for a sole practitioner for 27 years in Philadelphia, PA.

Kim Dwyer has been working in the legal field since 1992 and began her career at Flager & Yockey in 1999 as a full-time paralegal to Randall Flager. Since then, she has also worked closely with Mr. Yockey and Mr. Zanine on various legal matters.

Kim is a graduate of Nazareth Academy High School and has taken paralegal classes at Community College of Philadelphia as well as Manor Junior College. Recently, Kim has been accepted into the Clinical Program at Abington Memorial Hospital Dixon School of Nursing with the intention of completing her RN licensure in August 2012.

When she is not working or studying, Kim spends her free time with her husband and their two children. Kim also has two dogs, a Scottish terrier named Libbie and a Westie named Brandie, who can often be found in the office with Kim.

Colleen is a graduate of Archbishop Wood High School and Pierce College, where she received an associate degree in liberal arts. Colleen has been working in the legal field for over 25 years. She has been employed with Flager & Yockey since 1998 when she started as a litigation secretary for J. Davy Yockey. Since the arrival of her older son in 2001, she began working as a paralegal in the litigation department.

She enjoys spending time with her husband of 20 years and their two young sons.

Anne Marie Meissler is a graduate of Hallahan High School and has lived in Bensalem for 12 years. She is married and has four children and five wonderful grandchildren, two of whom are identical twin girls. She has worked as a legal secretary for more than 30 years, taking time off only to have two of her children.

She has been employed at Flager & Yockey for the last 20 years as a legal secretary to Randy Flager and Sherry Brooks and also works for two other paralegals in the firm.

Victoria Vassello is a graduate of Council Rock High School, Newtown, Pennsylvania and has been employed as a secretary with Flager & Yockey for more than 16 years. Presently, she works for both the personal injury and litigation departments.

Victoria resides in Bucks County with her husband and daughter. They just recently celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary.

Victoria enjoys working in her flower garden and spending time at the New Jersey shore relaxing in the salt air and fishing with her husband.

Jackie and her family live in the Parkwood section of Philadelphia. She has been married for 14 years to Jim and has two children, Matthew and Brenna.

She is a graduate of Archbishop Ryan High School. She has worked as a legal secretary for 18 years and has been employed at Flager & Yockey for 16 years. She has worked part-time for the last 12 years in the litigation department.

Jackie and her family enjoy spending their summers at the Jersey shore.

Has been the receptionist at Flager & Yockey for the past twelve years. She resides in Hatboro with her husband Dave and two daughters. Her oldest daughter graduated from Immaculata University in 2008 and now resides in Trevose. She enjoys nature walks with her Westie-Scotty mix named O'Malley and enjoys dancing. Before joining the staff at Flager & Yockey, Charlotte spent four years at home with her children and volunteered as a teacher's aide, as well as for school activities such as Drama Club and class trips.
